生炒魷魚!

加點芹菜、蒜頭爆香,事先將魷魚川燙(加點鹽巴)過後備用。

使用大火,加入蒜頭爆香,在加入芹菜炒翠綠,可以放入沙茶醬炒香後加入魷魚~大火,再嗆入米酒。即可起鍋啦!
